While in any other year Labor Day would be dedicated to the extraordinary social and economic achievements of the American workers that help keep the country operating without fail. This year has not been a easy year for the American workers, with all the country and the world for that matter has had to deal with. A pandemic raging, global economic fallout, and the harsh reality of everyday living all have made this year one of devastation, but also one of courage, determination and compassion. It is to the workers that have sacrificed and suffered to create the contributions to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of the communities and the country as a whole that we honor. Thank you so very much for all that you have done to make sure that so many communities continue to be able to function and thrive in all of the chaos.
